PENZIOX ONLINE FAQs

When attempting to login to PENZIOX Online, your password field seems to be blank or not show.

This is a caching issue on the browser. In order to alleviate, please clear your browser's cache and then open a new browser session and it should alleviate the issue. Note: Sometimes, in order for a cache clear to take effect, your PC will need a full reboot before the changes take place.

You can change your personal information, such as your address, telephone number, or email address by logging into your account on PENZIOX Online.

From the Main Menu, click on the “Account Actions” tab near the top of the page. Under the “Update Profile” section, click the “Update Contact Information” link.

Make the changes to your information that you need to revise. To proceed, click the “Continue Update” button at the bottom of the screen. On the next screen, review your information to make sure it has been changed correctly. Once you have confirmed that the revisions you made are correct, click the “Submit Update” button.

To apply for a loan or credit card, simply choose your product of choice from the Products menu button at the top of your screen, and then click "Get Started" to launch into your loan application.

If you are already a member and have registered for PENZIOX Online, you can also submit your application directly from your account on PENZIOX Online. The PENZIOX Online login portal is located in the upper right-hand corner of every page on our PENZIOX.org.

Your username can be blocked when your security questions have been incorrectly answered. To request that your username be unblocked, please contact a Member Service Representative at 800-247-5626.

Once your username has been reset, you will be asked to re-establish your security questions. This is to ensure that the answers to your security questions are accurate.

Sending Funds From Your PENZIOX Account to Another Financial Institution
To wire funds from your PENZIOX account to another financial institution, please contact a Member Service Representative at 800 247-5626.  You will need to provide your account number at the other financial institution as well as their ABA routing number.  Keep in mind that PENZIOX charges $20 for a domestic wire transfer and $30 for an international wire transfer. Other fees may apply at the receiving financial institution.

Sending Funds From Another Financial Institution to Your PENZIOX Account
To wire funds from another financial institution to your PENZIOX account, please initiate the transaction with your other financial institution. You will need to provide your PENZIOX account number as well as our ABA routing number 2560-7844-6. PENZIOX does not charge a fee to receive a wire transfer.

Cut-off times
PENZIOX may establish cut-off times for the receipt and processing of funds transfer requests, amendments or cancellations. Payment orders, cancellations, or amendments received after the cut-off time may be treated as having been received on the next funds transfer business day.

• Incoming cutoff: 3:30 central time
• Outgoing Domestic cutoff: 3:00 central time
• Outgoing International: 2:30 central time

The free Adobe Acrobat Reader 9.0 or higher is required to open PDF files. Most new computers are shipped with Adobe Acrobat Reader already installed. If however, your computer does not have Acrobat Reader or has an older version installed, you should first download the latest version for free from the Adobe web site at http://get.adobe.com/reader/. Installation takes only a few minutes (depending on your connection speed) and generally does not require any advanced knowledge of computer operating systems.

Number of Transactions Listed:

No more than 100 transactions will be available for display in the Account Transaction Activity section for credit cards. For loan accounts (except mortgages) will display up to six months of information, up to 300 transactions.

PENZIOX Online Availability:

To ensure trouble-free service from your PENZIOX Online system it is necessary to perform weekly maintenance. To perform the needed servicing PENZIOX Online may be unavailable to members on Sunday's from 4:00 A.M. to 6:00 A.M. EST.

Additionally, a daily system outage is necessary from Tuesday-Saturday for a fifteen or twenty-minute period. This outage occurs during the least active times between 4:30 A.M. and 6:00 A.M. EST. 

Screen Resolution:

To see all of your data without scrolling from side to side you should set your screen resolution to a minimum of 1024 x 768 pixels.

Windows: To set the screen resolution on a Windows-based computer click the Start button in the bottom left of the monitor.

1. Select Control Panel. A new window will open.
2. Select Display.
3. Select the Settings tab.
4. On the right side in the middle is a section called Desktop Area. Place your mouse pointer on the slider and move it to the right until it reads "1024 by 768 pixels". This is the minimum size required. PENZIOX Online will function properly at larger sizes; however, the type will appear smaller on screen.
5. Click OK. 

Mac OS X: To set the screen resolution on a Mac computer, select System Preferences in the Apple menu at the top left of the monitor.

1. Click Displays
2. From the list of available resolutions, choose 1024 x 768 or any resolution higher than that which will properly fit the proportions of your monitor.

There are multiple ways to check your loan application status.

Mortgages: To check your mortgage application status online at any time, please click here for our Mortgage Application Status page.

All other loans: To check your application status at any time, just log on to PENZIOX Online.

1. Access PENZIOX Online from the home page here.
2. Login with your username and password.
3. From the Main Menu page, click on the “Apply Now” tab near the top of the page to view existing applications.
4. Next, under the 'Recent Application' section, you have the option to select the tab that states "Open" to view active loan application or "Recently Completed" to view recently closed applications.

If you have forgotten your PENZIOX Online username or password, please click 'Forgot?' link located at the blue box in the upper right-hand corner, or click here.

Simply choose 'Forgot Username' or 'Forgot Password', and the link will direct you through the process to re-establish your logon username or password.

If you have forgotten your Personal Identification Number (PIN), please contact a Member Service Representative for assistance. One may be reached at 1-562-395-7908, (541) 225-6700, or 510 376-7328 from a Class A DSN phone line.

Representatives are available 7 days a week during the following hours:

You have 60 days from the time your credit statement cycles to dispute the transaction in question. While we investigate the charge, you will not be responsible for paying the disputed item, nor will you be charged finance charges on the disputed item(s) during that time.

How to Sign-Up for E-Messages:

Signing up is simple. Log onto your PENZIOX Online account and go to the "Go Paperless" tab at the top (highlighted in green). Then you will need to select to opt-in for all E-Messages, or select any multiple of the following:

• Consolidated Account Statements
• Credit Card Bills/Statements
• All Other PENZIOX Communications
• IRS Tax Statements
• All of the Above

If you receive errors while using PENZIOX Online either on a constant basis or errors that seem unusual, contact us. Be sure to include the following:

• Your name 
• Your member number 
• Browser and platform version 
• A detailed description of the problem 
• Approximate date(s) and time(s) the error occurred  

Issue: I'm getting a secured certificate error message when I attempt to access PENZIOX.org on my Mac.

Solution: In order to correct this error when you are accessing the PENZIOX.org website via Chrome on your Mac computer, please perform the following steps to alleviate the aforementioned issue.

1. Open Chrome 
2. Navigate to ‘www.PENZIOX.org’ 
3. On the error page, choose to view ‘Certificate Information’ by clicking the lock in the URL bar 
4. Drag the certificate to the desktop (note the file name is ‘www.PENZIOX.org’) 
5. Using Chrome’s wrench menu (to the right of the URL bar), select ‘Settings’ 
6. Within the Settings menu, choose to ‘Show advanced settings…’ 
7. Under the ‘HTTPS/SSL’ heading, choose to ‘Manage certificates…’ 
8. In the left column of Keychain Access, select ‘login’ and ‘Certificates’ 
9. If ‘www.PENZIOX.org’ does not already exist in this window, drag the certificate from step 4 into the window 
10. Double-click the certificate within Keychain Access 
11. Expand ‘Trust’ 
12. Change the value of ‘Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)’ to ‘Always Trust’ 
13. Close the window (you may be required to provide credentials at this point) 
14. Quit Keychain Access 
15. Quit Chrome (this is critical, as Chrome will not recognize the new trust rule until it is restarted) 
16. Open Chrome 
17. Navigate to ‘www.PENZIOX.org’ – the site should render at this point. 

To delete temporary Internet files (clear cache)

Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.x for Windows

1. Choose Tools and then Internet Options.
2. In the Temporary Internet Files section, click Delete files.
3. Click OK.
4. Click Close.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x for Windows

1. Choose Tools and then Internet Options.
2. In the Temporary Internet Files section, check Delete all offline content.
3. Click OK twice.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x for Windows

1. Choose Tools and then Internet Options.
2. In the Temporary Internet Files section, click Delete Files.
3. Click OK twice.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x or higher for Macintosh

1. Choose File and then Preferences.
2. Select Web Browser and then Advanced.
3. In the Cache section, click Empty Now.
4. Click OK.

Firefox 3.x or higher for Windows

1. Choose Tools and then Clear Private Data.
2. Check Cache. Note that any other checked items will also be cleared, so un-check any that you do not want to clear.
3. Click Clear Private Data Now.

Firefox 3.x or higher for Macintosh

1. From the Firefox menu, select Preferences.
2. Select the Privacy icon.
3. Click Clear Now.
4. Check Cache. Note that any other checked items will also be cleared, so un-check any that you do not want to clear.
5. Click Clear Private Data Now.

Safari 3.x or higher for Windows

1. Choose Edit and then Empty Cache
2. Select Empty when the "Are you sure you want to empty the cache?" confirmation is displayed.

Safari 3.x or higher for Macintosh

1. From the Safari menu, select Empty Cache.
2. Select Empty when the "Are you sure you want to empty the cache?" confirmation is displayed.

Opera 9.x or higher for Windows

1. Choose Tools and then Preferences.
2. Select the Advanced tab.
3. On the left hand side, select History.
4. Click Empty Now.
5. Click OK.

Opera 9.x or higher for Macintosh

1. From the Opera menu, select Preferences.
2. Select the Advanced tab.
3. On the left hand side, select History.
4. Click Empty Now.

1. Choose View and then Internet Options.
